Whether at the airport or on board, we won’t let you down. We’ll be there to help you with your special needs.

Depending on the nature of your disability and difficulty, special assistance is provided in all airports.

We provide any assistance you may need to:

  • Move around
  • Check in for your flight and check in your luggage and mobility equipment. 
  • Get to the plane.
  • Get to your seat,
  • Disembark,
  • Retrieve your baggage and your special equipment for getting around
  • Get from the airport to your transportation.

Our qualified staff knows you’re there and is skilled in identifying your needs for assistance.
They will provide you with any help you need to make your flight as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Keep in mind: Our assistance does not include nourishment either, or medicines, assistance in restrooms or any other assistance of a personal nature.
If you are travelling alone, you need to ensure that you are able, alone, to meet all mobility requirements for flying.

To make things go off without a hitch, submit your request at least 48 hours before you leave (this will help you avoid waiting in line too long when checking in)
