Book your flight

In order to organize your assistance in the best way, please make your assistance request when booking your plane ticket, at least 48 hours prior to departure. It will enable us to proceed to check-in procedures in a timely manner and to avoid you having to wait too long.

You can book your ticket and request the assistance you require with our call center at 0892 70 22 22 (0,35 €/min) or with a travel agency.

At the airport

Depending on your disability or condition, special assistance is available at all airports.
If such assistance is necessary, it can help you to:
• get around at the airport,
• check-in for yourself, your baggage and any mobility devices,
• proceed to the aircraft,
• board and get comfortable on board,
• exit the aircraft after landing,
• retrieve your baggage and mobility devices,
• leave the airport.

On board

Our staff members who are specifically trained to assist disabled passengers will be informed of your presence on board and will identify your assistance needs. Our crew will offer you all the help you need to make your journey the most peaceful and pleasant experience possible.

However, this assistance does not include help with eating and drinking, administrating medication, going to the restroom or any other type of personal assistance. Therefore your personal condition must enable you to handle the various duties linked to air travel, without any outside help.
