How does it work?

Your child's trip, step by step

AT THE AIRPORT:

  • Report to the Baggage Check-In desk with your child at least one hour before your flight departure time, with the Unaccompanied Minor form filled in (two copies for a direct flight and four copies for a journey with a connecting flight) and the child’s proof of identity.
  • We will give your child their flight pack, containing the Unaccompanied Minor form, their boarding card and proof of identity.
  • Our attendants will take care of your child all the way up to boarding (the accompanying adult should stay at the airport until the aircraft takes off).

IN-FLIGHT:

  • On board the aircraft, your child will be the focus of attention of our cabin crew as they ensure your little one enjoys a pleasant flight. During school holidays, they will be given a games and coloring book so they never get bored during their flight!

UPON ARRIVAL:

  • Your child will probably not want their fun flight to come to an end, but upon arrival they will be guided to the person you have designated to welcome them (their proof of identity will be requested : identity card, passport or driving licence). If your child has a connecting flight to catch, they will of course be accompanied to board their second aircraft.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Before you entrust your child to us, there are still some small tasks to complete

  • Please fill in the UM (Unaccompanied Minor) form and print it out in two copies (or four copies in the case of a trip that includes a connecting flight). You will be asked for it when checking in. Please state the contact details of the people who will come to leave your child with us and pick them up at the airport, both for the departure and the arrival. Their identity will be checked*.

  • Like any other passenger, children and teenagers should hold valid proof of identity (national identity card or passport).

  • Authorisation to leave the country for trips abroad.

*Note: the family civil status book is not an identity document
