General Conditions of Sales

Fares
All fares are shown inclusive of taxes, except some local airport taxes.

For information about our fares, please consult the Range of fares section of this site.
Some special fares are available:
- For Young people, Families, Couples and Seniors in France
- For Young people on international flights
- For Infants and Children: special discounts are available for infants and children under the age of two and for children under the age of 12
We remind you that, in accordance with article L121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the customer´s right of revocation does not apply to tickets purchased on our website.

Booking online
You can book flights for a total of nine passengers, adults and children, per reservation. Each adult may be accompanied by an infant traveling on his or her knees. Your reservation is confirmed when you receive a reservation reference number. A confirmation e-mail containing all of the details of your reservation will also be sent to you.

Online payment
To pay online you will need a debit or credit card. The payment will be debited immediately from the card by HOP.
Payment is fully secured by encryption conforming to the highest industry standards.
Please note that if during your purchase on hop.com, the corresponding debit has not been made on your account, HOP! will contact you to finalize the payment.

Use of tickets
In order to be valid for transportation, all tickets (including e-tickets) must be used fully and in the sequential order in accordance with article III, paragraph 3 of HOP´s General Conditions of Carriage, except with prior agreement from the carrier.

Claims
We wish to remind you that, in compliance with the French Consumer Code, the customer's right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets purchased on our website.
Please note that if your ticket is not valid anymore and has not been used for transportation, you have a right to reimbursement of taxes as defined in our General Conditions of Carriage depending on your actual boarding.
In order to be refunded of these amounts, you can submit your refund request directly online (free refund) by filling the following form.
You can also contact your usual point of sale (charges may apply).
For tickets purchased through a travel agency, please contact your travel agent who will process to your refund request.

If you have submitted a claim to our customer service department but are unsatisfied with the response, you can contact La Médiation Tourisme et Voyage (the French Tourism and Travel Mediation group).
