Flight safety

Flight safety is expected by both our customers and our company and is therefore our main concern.
All PRF Group companies comply with the European and French regulations defined by the EASA
(European Aviation Safety Agency) as well as the highly demanding international IATA standards
(International Air Transport Association).

They therefore hold the following certifications and authorisations:
• The Air Carrier Certificate,
• Authorisations Part M and Part 145,
• Authorisations TRTO and Part 147,
• Authorisation Part 21,
• The IOSA certification: It is delivered by the IATA and renewed every other year following an audit
examining over 900 standards.
This certification which is acknowledged worldwide by the air transport industry testifies
that the companies of the group respect the air transport safety standards required
by the IATA in terms of quality, organisation, control and operations.

However, we believe that the strict respect of international standards alone is not sufficient
to maintain the highest level of flight safety.
In all the companies of the group, every member of operations and management is made aware
of the importance of safety issues, encouraging feedback, evaluating risks and sharing information.

The companies of the group are also committed to promoting a proactive approach in order to
always improve and be transparent in terms of flight safety. Thus, they organise working groups
dedicated to this topic in collaboration with Air France.
They also work together alongside other operators which use the same aircraft types, various authorities,
manufacturers and suppliers, the French Enquiries and Analysis Office (BEA)…
as shown by the procedures authorisation delivered by the French BEA.
